We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design. We do not offer warranties or guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards.Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We aim to process and ship orders within 3-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Carve and Grain is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 8 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

6. Custom Orders

Custom and engraved orders are subject to additional processing time. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Carve and Grain's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.




8.Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta . Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
